engineers through managers/leads).</li><li>Define and drive architecture vision for scalable, resilient cloud-native and AI-enabled applications.</li><li>Lead development of modern SaaS platforms integrating Generative AI capabilities to enhance user experience, automation, and decision intelligence.</li><li>Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering (e.g., Copilot, code generation, automated testing).</li><li>Design and implement AI-powered features such as intelligent recommendations, conversational interfaces, and predictive insights in supply chain products.</li><li>Oversee end-to-end delivery from planning through production, including AI model lifecycle management (LLMOps).</li><li>Ensure responsible AI practices, including data privacy, model explainability, and governance.</li><li>Partner with Product, Data Science, and Architecture teams to embed AI/ML into product strategy and workflows.</li><li>Establish engineering KPIs including AI adoption metrics, productivity gains, and model performance metrics.</li><li>Drive innovation through experimentation with emerging GenAI tools and frameworks.</li><li>Mentor leaders in AI-first engineering mindset and modern development practices.</li></ul><p></p><h2><b>Desired Skills &amp;
